  • Analytical Data: IP address, device type, operating system, and anonymous usage telemetry collected via browser cookies for site optimization.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly to fulfill our consultative and educational missions. Specifically, we utilize your information to:

  • Process applications for organization and individual advocacy partnerships.
  • Coordinate registrations and interest in upcoming civil society forums, briefings, and summits.
  • Format and serialize consultative statements for distribution to United Nations bodies.
  • Distribute advocacy updates, reports, monthly general assembly briefs, and coordination newsletters.

NGO CSocD will never sell, lease, trade, or distribute your personal data to commercial third parties. We only share information with trusted third-party services necessary for platform operations:

  • Advocacy Forms & Registration: We use Google Forms for secure, specialized data collection. Their data practices are covered under Google's enterprise privacy standards.
  • Financial Processing: All charitable contributions and donations are processed securely in a separate environment through Stripe. NGO CSocD does not store or process credit card numbers or financial credentials on our local servers.
  • United Nations Entities: Written statements and delegate listings are submitted directly to UN DESA and ECOSOC platforms as required for consultative participation.

5. Data Security

We employ administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your personal data. This includes secure hosting environments, SSL/TLS data transit encryption, and restricted internal database access privileges. However, please note that no system can guarantee 100% security over the internet.
