  • Drag-and-drop or upload documents containing malicious scripts, viruses, or code designed to interfere with platform operations.
  • Engage in automated data harvesting, web scraping, or visual spoofing of platform components.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The visual design system, layout, logos, custom countdown components, and text contained within the NGOCSocD website are protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Any commercial distribution or reproduction of brand elements is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

This platform and all consultative materials are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NGO CSocD does not warrant that information is entirely free of typographical errors, or that server operations will remain uninterrupted or completely secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the NGO Committee on Social Development, its executive officers, regional chairs, and affiliate members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform services, forms, or downloads.
